They call every day about broadband, have my address, but I’ve blocked them.
I just received a call claiming to be from BT about reducing my monthly payment to £27, which later changed to £29 during the conversation. I realised it was a scam, so I searched the number and found a voicemail with nothing on it. (SCAM)
They identified themselves as Virgin Media. The email appeared legitimate, and regrettably, I provided them with my details. They are quite convincing.

This company has made multiple calls to me, masquerading as my current broadband provider; upon rejecting their calls, they leave empty voicemails, a pattern I have observed with similar numbers apparently originating from Peterborough.
A woman with a strong Indian accent, calling from a busy call centre with alot of noise in the background, asked me if she could saves me money on my broadband, but the broadband is in my partners name so i hung up, i'm getting calls from 01733 numbers almost daily, its annoying
They rang three times consecutively, pretending to be from BT Openreach. Clearly a scam from a call centre, but what's worrying is that they knew my name and address.
The caller claimed I had poor internet connection and speed issues, offering to help fix it. They asked me to download a specific app for troubleshooting. It seemed suspicious, and I quickly realised it was a tactic to remotely access my device.
