Scam alert! They pretend to be from BT but aren't. Warn others, especially the vulnerable, to be cautious and not share bank details. They seem to know a lot about you already. Getting multiple calls weekly from these scammers with thick Indian accents using typical British names.
They began by stating that my dad had passed away, which was strange as my father is actually in the hospital. They then claimed he needed money for expenses, which was a huge coincidence. The second call was from someone claiming to be from BT, who had all my details, which was unsettling. However, I’ve never been a BT customer, so I knew something wasn’t right. The caller had an Indian accent, spoke poor English, and there were people shouting in the background. It's sad to think about the lifes these people lead. I doubt their parents would be proud of them. Everyone, please be cautious!
