Called this afternoon. The caller knew my name without confirmation. Denied being the homeowner, which I believe is a reasonable response to unsolicited calls.

I suspect this is a scam, especially since they inquired if I was the 'property owner' of a place I don’t even own. I recommend avoiding answering and blocking this number.
