It appeared to be a call from Domestic & General, but I'm not sure, mate.
A few minutes ago, my husband picked up a call from this number; a foreign‑accented woman claimed to be from British Gas, so he hung up and we blocked it.
A call came with heavy background noise; the Asian‑accented lady struggled with my first name and mispronounced my surname, then claimed to be from the local council needing answers to three questions. After 43 years in the area, I know the council never does that, especially on a Saturday, so I declined and blocked the number – a clear scam.
