A man rang pretending to be from a marketing firm. I told him we’re ex-directory and registered with TPS, so he shouldn’t be contacting us. He had the audacity to argue that, according to the terms and conditions, it wasn’t against the law. I hung up. Unsure how to report it, but this company is breaching GDPR regulations. I’ve never shared my details and specifically opted for ex-directory and TPS.
