I recieved a call from someone who wanted to review my life insurance policy, but when I asked which policy, they couldn't answer, it was a obvious scam, so I kept asking and they eventualy cut the call, now the number is blocked

A woman's voice inquired if I was Miss Wells, to which I responded negatively, then promptly hung up and blocked the call, which originated from a Macclesfield landline.
Despite my efforts to ignore them, I continue to receive a high volume of calls, at least four per day, from various numbers allegedly representing a life insurance company. Their tactics seem to be focused on extracting information.
