They keep calling me every day despite my declining their calls and being told I’d be removed from their system. When I call back, an automated message says I’m flagged as owed money from a car finance company, which is false—I’ve always bought my cars outright. When I speak to a real person, they claim they’re calling to ask if I have car finance. If they’re calling, shouldn’t they have my details? They either can’t disclose or don’t have my information. If I press further, they hang up. Avoid this number!

I requested a subject access request, and after being put on hold, the call ended. I’ve now submitted the request to waste their time as they’ve wasted mine.
