Seems to be a classic lottery scam.
Just received a ring from this number; I said "hello, this call is being recorded" and they hung up – definitely not a legit business, so I blocked them.
A voice with a Manchester accent claimed I’d won ten free lines from the National Lottery and wanted to add them to my account; I declined, though it might have been genuine.
