I strongly advise against engaging with this company due to their relentless harassment and aggressive sales tactics, which seem to be aimed at extracting money without providing any services.
Graham at Queens Head provided excellent service
Initially, I was skeptical about a company claiming they could lower my rates, given the plethora of similar services. However, Graham George and their representative Jason were exceptionally supportive throughout the process, especially when the government misplaced all my documents. They promptly resubmitted everything, and within a week, a decision was reached. True to Jason's word, my firm was zero-rated based on our trading figures, thanks to the appeal.
