They claimed to represent Eco Update and said the government would provide a free boiler upgrade. I told them it was nonsense, as no free boiler is being offered, and they hung up.
Lot of scammers on the line – a chap with a heavy Indian accent tried to convince me I'd been in a serious accident. I think I might've actually had one, but when I pushed back he swore he was acting lawfully. Cheers!

A call came in at 12:21 pm today; the woman on the line claimed she was following up on my recent accident. I told her it was fatal, said I’d died and was speaking from heaven, and she didn’t take it well :-)
I was phoned about a genuine accident I’d just had, gave them my vehicle registration and the other car’s, then they hung up. I’m usually very careful – should I block them now? I’m uneasy about the details they might have collected.
