Despite my clear disinterest, this number continues to call, claiming to represent O2 and urging me to change my phone package; I've made it clear that if I were interested, I would visit the local O2 shop, yet the calls persist, leading me to ignore them when I see the number

I encountered a couple of aggressive salespeople from this number 01612497897 and reported it to O2 through their live chat. They believe it’s a third-party company offering deals for O2. I wouldn’t recommend using them.
