I'm utterly fed up with these complete nuisances. They ring me multiple times daily. Despite blocking the number, it still manages to get through. Answering results in silence, while calling them leads to being placed on hold (likely at a premium rate). There was an option at the start to press 1 if I didn't want further calls, which I selected. Yet, they persist. Being long-term ill, this is exacerbating my situation, constantly disturbing my rest. I am now planning to lodge an official complaint.
