Every number I've seen using Twilio seems to be spam or a scam.
A call claimed to be from Liverpool, rang once then hung up with no message. I didn’t answer as I have no contacts there – likely spam, so I blocked it.
The call appeared as suspected spam; after I answered, I said “hello, what do you want?” but they said nothing and hung up, so I blocked the number.
