Opinión del experto
Approach calls from unfamiliar numbers with caution, particularly those promising vouchers or surveys. Reports consistently highlight suspicious tactics, such as overly friendly callers offering £15 incentives for personal details or odd questions about pets and family. These align with common scam patterns aiming to harvest data or push unwanted sales, like fake plumbing policies or product tests. One instance mentioned Anglian Water, but this appears fraudulent given the mismatched details. Block the number immediately and avoid sharing info. Report to Ofcom or Action Fraud if pressured; using call screening apps can prevent such nuisances in future.
