A quick reverse lookup revealed it's a VOIP line (Voice over Internet Protocol), set up online from global locations, often by 'scam operations' or Indian fraud hubs aiming to mimic UK origins. Such numbers tend to be temporary, favoured by crooks, and may not connect if redialled.
Fraudsters! By the way, contrary to what's mentioned below, not every scam VoIP number is impossible to ring back. Certain ones redirect your call secretly to a premium line - that's a wangiri trick. Costs a fortune! Others connect you to an actual crook. Sadly, some might be active by chance and owned by an innocent party. Ringing back could upset them and get your number flagged here and via text to 7726 as spam. Report this real fraud number by texting 7726.
