Received an unsolicited sales call from a telecom company. When I inquired about how they obtained my number, they claimed it was from the business directory. I made it clear that I had no interest in switching providers and would not entertain spam calls. Blocked the number immediately.

In the span of an hour, they rang me four times about my business phone line. When I mentioned that I utilise VOIP and FTTP internet, they refused to believe me. I've now blocked their number, but I receive notifications every time they call, so it'll be interesting to see how long this persists.

In regards to the comment made on 09/03/2017, stating 'Highly reccomended', I would advise waiting to see how your next few bills turn out, as I had a similair experiance with a cold call a few years ago, which ended up with me having to pay £160 to upgrade my landline
XLN provided an incredible offer for switching my phone and broadband services to them. I strongly suggest considering them.
Companies like XLN TELECOMS are a hassle, cold-calling with promises of unbeatable deals, but it's just not worth the bother, and I wish they'd leave me alone
A pushy and rude caller asked for our MD by his first name, acting like they were close friends. When I asked who he was and where he was calling from, he mentioned XLN Telecoms. After leaving him on hold briefly, I informed him our MD wouldn’t take the call and questioned his identity. The call ended abruptly.
