I received a call from someone claiming to be from BT, offering a better deal on my contract, but I told them to send the information in writing and ended the call.
the caller said they was from BT and my contract is coming up for renewal on 29/4/24, but i know thats not true so i hung up

Despite others' concerns, my experience with this company was positive, resulting in a £3 discount on my BT bill.

We reach out if you have 6 months remaining on your contract or if full fiber is available in your location. A one-time PIN is requested to comply with legal requirements to verify we are speaking with the account holder. Some people, however, respond rudely without trust. BT employees are not compensated to deal with rudeness while they attempt to assist you. Once more, bt.com/partners displays the number clearly.
