Apparently this is a scam, they say press 1 to discus an important matter but I dont think so, I'm happy to waist there time though, unfortunatly it cutoff immediatly. maybe next time I'll get to waist more of there time
An automated message from TRS urged me to dial 1 to speak with an operator, stating it was urgent, but I ended the call due to suspicions.

After reading the reviews here, I must say this is suspicious, and it's best to ignore and block this scam number!

It seems they acquire small debts from larger firms and then resort to subtle harassment to recoup the funds. In my experience, they made no effort to validate the authenticity of the debt they purchased. I sent emails clarifying that I have no debt and advised them to check back with the original creditor of the fraudulent debt. CRS responded with a barrage of GDPR nonsense. One thing is clear: they've invested considerable time and a small amount of money pursuing a non-existent debt. A group of opportunists; best to ignore them until they formally write to you with the details. If you have a legitimate debt, contact the original company if possible, or reach out to CAB. Avoid answering the phone!

I recived a call from CRS today, my husband answered but they claimed to want to speak to me, i've emailed them to ask what they want, if no response i'll be taking further action with ofcom
