Received a letter from BPO Collections mentioning this phone number for paying an old HMRC debt. It's clearly spam as I have confirmed with HMRC that I owe nothing. This is tied to a continuing HMRC scam. I've reported it to Trading Standards, but they just keep adding to my record! They say, 'We can’t stop people sending you letters.' Yes, but you could investigate these numbers and update me on your progress. Another one for the bin.

After receiving a text from a number claiming to be HMRC, I checked its legitimacy and found numerous reports of scam attempts associated with it, leading me to believe it's likely a scam.
These individuals keep sending me texts urging me to call this number and providing a reference number! They use various mobile numbers to send these messages. Blocking them is futile as they simply switch to a different number! They are claiming to pursue HMRC debt from an old client of mine whom I haven’t worked for in over 3.5 years!!!!
A text message was recieved from this number, prompting me to make a call, which appeard to be a scam as HM dont send text messgaes with suspicious links
