A bloke knocked on my door claiming to be from an energy company and told me to ring this number, saying it was Scottish Power. He’s been door‑to‑door all over the estate today. Mate, what a nuisance.
Someone claimed to be legal assistance, but when I recorded the call they hung up, then called back saying I wasn’t allowed to record. Apparently Motability permits it, though. Cheers.
They became hostile when I pointed out I knew they were scammers and hadn’t claimed a Motability accident. After I hung up, they called back, threatened to report me for rudeness, and continued harassing.

These nuisance calls seem to be increasing daily. Those responsible ought to be jailed.
Although the call allegedly came from Power22 on behalf of Scottish Power, the authenticity of the call is uncertain, and it's unclear why they would contact me given my lack of connection to them.
This call was allegedly from Power22, acting on behalf of Scottish Power.
