This is Stoneacre attempting to schedule my service, which is due soon. Aside from the usual scripted upsells (engine coolant? £500 off future MOT repairs? etc.), it's not a significant issue. Reading some of the complaints here, one might think they were receiving crank calls! It’s merely someone fulfilling their job. They did suggest I take the car to Durham, despite my residing in North Wales, however.
A car dealership reminded me of an upcoming service. Just someone trying to do their underpaid job, likely stressed by their supervisor. Let’s cut them some slack unless they’ve truly messed up.
