A caller claiming to be Angela from the RSPCA referenced a previous call last night at 7.45 pm and kept urging me to listen. I ended the conversation. No reports appeared last night, yet several show up today, suggesting someone has accessed RSPCA supporters' numbers. If it truly were the RSPCA, the approach was poor; more likely another charity scam.

Received several unanswered calls from this number lately, so I rang up the R.S.P.C.A. earlier to get the lowdown. It's an external firm named Angel acting for the R.S.P.C.A., thus IF THE NUMBER ISN'T SPOOFED—which is possible for any line—these are legit calls. That said, as some have pointed out, they're quite insistent, and it'd be great if you rang back rather than just hearing a voicemail apologising for missing you and promising another try.
Suspect it's a scam. I've supported RSPCA for ages but requested no calls, and they usually respect that.
As a regular donor to the R.S.P.C.A., I have been receiving calls that I suspect may be genuine, although the possibility of spoofing cannot be ruled out.

I missed the first call, whilst I was driving, then acidently called them back, and a women said she was from the RSPCA, but I dont beleive it, I've blocked the number now

Apparently, this number seems legimitate as I contacted the RSPCA directly and they informed me that they utilise a third-party company named Angel to make outbound calls on their behalf, originating from a 01403 number.
I have received calls from this number over the past few days. When I call back, no identity is given. A woman later asked to verify my name; I told her she needed to state who she represented. She claimed data‑protection reasons required confirmation first, which I refused. Later, a more polished scammer claimed to be running a campaign for the RSPCA in Wales and apologised for the earlier dummy call. I asked them to call back later as I was busy – clearly a scam.
This number has been calling me over the past few days. When I called back, there was no identification. A girl then asked to confirm my name. I insisted she reveal who she was first, citing data protection. She refused, and later, a more experienced scammer called, claiming to be from the RSPCA in Wales and apologising for the previous caller. I asked them to call back, but it’s clearly a scam.
I was contacted by the RSPCA asking for additional donations, even though I’m already a contributor.
They quoted a lengthy script from a computer screen, despite me already donating, and pressed for more money. If I don’t answer, they call repeatedly.
Marked as an RSPCA scam and blocked the line.

Upon answering, I was subjected to a lengthy, pre-rehearsed speech from an RSPCA representative, despite already being a donor, and they continued to call repeatedly when I didn't respond.
This number is a Rspca scam, so I've blocked it to avoid any furthur hassle.
I beleive this is a scam call, they ring every day, claiming to be from the RSPCA, asking for more money
