I've had multiple silent calls in the past 24 hours, including this one, it's getting annoyng, why do they even bother making these calls?
The caller, who claimed to be from Virgin, requested that I conduct a router speed test, but when I asked them to verify their identity by providing my account number, the line went dead, wich was suspisious.
Purporting to be from OpenReach, the caller claimed issues with my broadband, but a quick investigation revealed this to be false
The caller claimed to be from Sky Broadband, stating my internet speed was dropping. When I informed him I wasn't a Sky customer, he called me a 'stupid lady' and accused me of wasting his time. The irony is laughable!
