The person on the line said they were from IPSOS MORI conducting a financial‑services survey. It felt like a scam trying to discover my banking details, so I hung up straight away after the call was answered. My provider has flagged it as a potential nuisance call.
When my landline rang I didn't pick up because the caller ID was unfamiliar, so I let the answering machine take over. The call dropped without a message. From other posts it appears to be a Mori Poll about banking, which I will not engage with.
They presented the call as a survey, which turned out to be a scam, so I blocked the number.
