Following a conversation regarding entitlement to funding, it became apparant they were trying to sell me somthing, despite my windows, doors and roof insulation allready being replaced, so I ended the call, noticably they wished me a nice day atleast

A Scottish gentleman inquired if I was Mrs (husband's first name). I replied negatively, he expressed regret, stated he must have dialled the wrong number, and then hung up without explaining what he was selling.
Upon returning the call, I reached a receptionist who claimed to work for Lost Survey Scotland, but she failed to provide a clear explanation of their business or purpose for contacting me, raising suspicions of a potential sales or scam operation
