A scammer, posing as a Hello Fresh representative, claimed I had won a discount through a Facebook competition. However, when I revealed I was an existing customer, the caller became hostile and ended the conversation.
After blocking a previous number due to numerous calls, I began receiving calls from this number, allegedly offering services from Hello Fresh.
Following my entry into a Facebook competition, I received a courteous and patient call regarding discounts on HelloFresh boxes, with no request for personal details, and assistance to set up a new account.
Received a call from Hello Fresh after entering a social media competition. They provided a discount code for new customers, which I explained I couldn't use as an existing customer. They apologised and mentioned a draw in October where I might win 5 free boxes. The call was polite and brief, lasting under a minute.
