Since my device marked it as spam, I ignored the call.
The voice sounded like it came from an Indian call centre, asking if I was the homeowner (they even knew my name) and requesting my postcode. I hung up and blocked the number.
I answered a landline call at 14:17 from 01276734093; the other side was silent apart from crackling noises, which I recognised as yet another tiring scam attempt.
An individual sounding Indian, introducing himself as Samir Singh, queried me about web domains I supposedly own. I refused to give any details. Clearly a scam.
