Received a call from 01273 855982; the caller knew my name and address and said my washing‑machine warranty had expired and was being renewed. My warranty actually lapsed years ago, so I knew it was false. The lady sounded unpolished and seemed to be walking while talking. I also got a similar scam call in summer and have blocked the number.
Phone flagged it as a suspected scam, so I let it go straight to voicemail and now the number’s blocked 🚫, bruv.
