The caller claimed that the warranty on my washing machine had expired, but I informed them that I had purchased the machine second-hand 12 years ago and had never had a warranty. This, combined with their aggressive behaviour, led me to conclude that they were scammers, and I have since blocked this number.

The caller claimed my washing machine warranty was expiring and requested a new direct debit setup, but when I asked about the current payment date, they seemed uninformed. I requested an email with details, which they couldn't send as they didn't have my email address, so I provided it. After repeatedly stating it was an inconvenient time, the call was terminated.

The caller knew my name and previous address, claiming to inquire about my washing machine. Upon questioning, he abruptly ended the call.
