Expert Opinion
It seems like you've been contacted by a scam caller pretending to be from a warranty or insurance company. They claim your washing machine's warranty is expiring and you need to set up a new direct debit. However, they couldn’t provide basic details about your account or even your email address, which is a red flag. If you don’t have a washing machine, it’s a clear sign of a scam. If you do have one, double-check with your actual provider before giving any details. Always be wary of unsolicited calls asking for personal information or payments. Stay safe!
