Expertenmeinung
Reports reveal a blend of experiences with calls from this number, where some describe legitimate surveys for housing tenants linked to Sovereign Network Group, conducted by Acuity Research. Others flag persistent ringing without messages, rudeness, or outright suspicions of scams, leading to blocked numbers. Positive accounts note polite interactions about real complaints or work, without demands for sensitive info. Yet, the volume of harassment claims and no-voicemail tactics raises caution. Block if unwanted, verify via official landlord channels, and report to Ofcom for persistent nuisances—better safe than sorry amid rising spam.

Woman claimed it was just a survey. Yeah, right.
Received a call from this number on my mobile the day before. These survey attempts are really getting on my nerves.
A woman's voice on the line pushing some survey. Couldn't fathom why they'd bother me with that rubbish – hate these intrusions.
The unknown caller 01256594005 kept attempting to reach me but I've now blocked it on my device.
This is merely a poll about certain tasks done by my housing provider sovereign sng; it lasted three minutes, conducted by Carol at a polling firm. Stop being paranoid, folks, even though cons are common! I checked the feedback and decided for myself! Legitimate contact, no fraud, you lot!
Fraud
The number 01256594005 dialled my landline, but it quit before I could pick up—no clue who's behind it.
Scam number through and through.
A pleasant woman phoned representing Sovereign Network Group to conduct a survey on a complaint I'd lodged (which was real). She introduced herself as Lisa from Acuity. The call seemed genuine and secure—no requests for sensitive info, and she was fully aware of the details.
A chap rang rudely, saying he was doing a survey. When I declined interest and asked how he'd obtained my number, he got nasty and hung up. Suspect some digits were pinched or flogged by the housing association....
Con attempt. Utter nonsense.
Acuity firm contacting for Sovereign (SNG) Housing, inviting me to join a poll regarding recent property repairs, polite woman but I've done none, so puzzled. Appears genuine nonetheless.
Called three times without leaving a message. I called back and heard what seemed like a synthetic voice, expressing thanks for returning the call and stating they were from Acuity research, surveying for my landlord, and they might ring again.
Rings repeatedly, but silence when I pick up.
They won't stop dialling. It rings three times before they hang up. Nothing on voicemail.
I ignored it, and since no voicemail was left, it's probably a fraud attempt
Poor showing, scam once more
