It appears to be a scam.
They tried to blend an accident scam with a Bitcoin pitch – total nonsense, you know.
The call felt extremely scammy and overly pushy, even insinuating I'd 'forgotten' about a road accident. It was aggressively aggressive, so I blocked it.

This appears to be a scam.
I haven't spoken to them yet; my mobile receives countless such calls, and today I've seen at least two attempts from different numbers and locations, possibly using VoIP from the same city. Any firm making unsolicited calls with this setup seems shady and should be avoided. Likely a scam, but I'll update if I learn more.
