A lady with a asian accent, who called herself Rose, rang me claiming to be from a company that looks after my home appliances insurance, but i dont have any, she tried to convince me i had taken out an insurance in 2023, i just put the phone down on her whilst she was still talking, and now she's blocked

I received a call stating that I had signed up for plumbing cover two years ago, with three years remaining on a five-year contract. I don't recall signing up for such a service. I asked for the details to be sent and ended the call.
The caller claimed to be from a company called Home Care services, which I had no prior knowledge of, and mentioned a payment that would be deducted from our account, raising my suspicions.
The caller said they were from a home care service, but when asked what kind of care, they said they couldnt tell me, which seemed very suspisous
The caller claimed to be from social care, but the call centre person couldnt even speak english properly, it was probably a indian scammer and i have blocked this number aswell
