رأي الخبراء
Calls kept coming around 8 pm, often posing as market researchers, can feel intrusive and risky. First, let the call go to voicemail and verify any claims in writing before sharing personal details. If the caller insists on a survey, ask for the company's full name, registration number and a callback number; genuine research firms will provide this without pressure. Block the number on your handset and add it to the TPS if it persists. Report repeat harassment to the ICO, especially when the caller cannot prove a legitimate purpose. Never give bank or credit‑card details over an unsolicited call, and consider a call‑filtering app for added protection.

Repeated calls to our customer service desk without leaving contact information demonstrate a lack of credibility and suggest that the caller's intentions are not genuine; we request that they cease contacting us
Mother received suspicious utilities call
Finally spoke to a real person this time - a lady from Water Melon research. She wanted me to participate in a survey about parcel delivery services for Ofcom. Claimed it would take 15 minutes, but I refused. She said she'll call back next year. I plan to tell her off then. I don't trust this company; it's likely market research and they'll share my info with couriers. My issue is with Parcel Force, but Ofcom doesn't handle them anyway.
Number 01233 458910.
The identity of this caller remains unclear, as I rely on my answering machine to screen unwanted calls

After calling them back, i gave the lady a piece of my mind, informing her that im on the TPS and will report her to the Information Comissioner, also stating that every body in the UK is bound by the GDPR, she claimed they was a market research firm, i told her i was a financial advisor and a solicitor, so she dont want to be on my bad side, then i hang up

Upon answering a call from this number, a person claiming to be James Hobden from Hampshire County Council came on, stating it was for market research, but it seemed suspicious and I ended the call.
