They were trying to sell me a loft installation, but I live in a flat, and it's council property, so it was a bit of a joke.
I got a prerecorded message from someone claiming to be 'Luke', the energy advisor for my area, asking about loft insulation, but it was clearley a scam, especialy when it just hung up after I told them I was TPS registered
