Apparently, the caller wants me to update buisness details through a reputable directory service, requesting email adress and employer numbers.
They claimed to be from 118 and requested extensive information about my business, which is publicly available online. When I pointed this out, they continued to press for details, leading us to hang up.

Scam attempt detected.
Third call received today. The speaker was rushing through their request for my business details for the 118 service. I informed them I prefer not to be listed and wasn't aware of any existing listing. They acknowledged my response, and we concluded the call. Such unsolicited calls should be traceable and regulated.
Like others have reported, I answered once and they wanted information for business listings, which I declined. They have continued to call multiple times since.

Apparently from 118 - I responded with "Make me a winner" for a laugh, but the caller didn't seem amused. Act oblivious during their calls, share no information, and they will typically hang up.

Upon returning the call, it immediatly diverted to an automated message claiming to be the 118 information line - I promptly hung up, and subsequenly discovered that 118 information has been linked to a scam, hopefully it wont incur any costs!
