Got a ring from 'Harry' – not selling, just grilling me with a few questions, sounding possibly Asian. I never chat with strangers, so I hung up and blocked the number, mate.
I picked up the call and, like the ten other scam attempts today, was greeted with “Hello thank you for calling, now do me a favour and F*** Off.” I hung up in disgust.
The “Housing Disrepair Team” call is definitely a scam.
