Hello, I’m your local energy advisor, and I believe you’re the homeowner. They attempted to persuade me to book a free survey, mentioning potential issues with roof insulation and dampness causing heat loss. They even had a name and postcode! I informed them their details were incorrect, and they simply hung up. Rude and clearly a scam.
It's utterly shocking that despite over 3,200 complaints, these scammers continue to operate, targeting people with fake electricity bills; this particular call started with a British accent, then abruptly switched to an Indian call centre after I expressed potential interest, a clear sign of deceitful intentions.
