I didn't answer and later checked here, so it appears to be a scam since no voicemail was left.
I got several calls this morning and ignored them, suspecting spam. They left a voicemail that sounded like it came from an Indian call centre.
Another scam, this time pushing repetitive claims about plumbing and drainage maintenance cover; the caller hung up after roughly half a minute, having already tried earlier that day.
