Prior to watching a Louie Theroux documentary on scientology, I recieved a call from a gentleman who claimed to be seeking an engineer for his zanussi refridgerator, stating he found my number in a local directory, despite being registered to Nottingham, he said he was calling from Ferndown, Dorset, which seemed a bit suspisous.
They called me twice today, the last call being at 8pm, wanting to provide information about making a will. How do they manage to obtain ex-directory numbers? 01158 389148.
Received three calls in 12 hours, but the caller hung up each time I answered. Attempting to call back revealed the number was invalid.
Upon answering, the caller requested to speak to someone with a different last name. He refused to disclose his company or purpose. Attempting to call back resulted in no response.
The call was dropped as soon as I picked up, which suggests it might have been a prank or an automated system.

A gentleman stated he was conducting a questionnaire, asking about mortgages, insurance, etc. When I inquired about the purpose of his questions, he replied it was merely a questionnaire and not a sales call. I then questioned the relevance of his inquiries if he wasn’t selling anything... he hung up on me!
