Guys, obviously a scam! Here's why... They ring claiming a survey, but it's totally misleading. They start one way and veer off... Plus, to convince you, they spout nonsense like all pharmacy cosmetics being fake—which is ridiculous and untrue, as I know from inside the industry! Finally, calling you by full name like old pals... no way. I respect folks in these roles and always respond politely, but this one really gets my goat.

They rang me from Greece (I spotted the +30 code), yet claimed to be calling from Lucerne in Switzerland. Chatted with a Martha Mayer, who introduced herself as a dermatologist (weird!) from Dermafutura, and she spouted the same spiel as in other comments. Probably a rip-off. They shipped the products, but I didn't bother picking them up—something felt off, you know? If they bug you, just hang up straight away.

Am 13-2-2020 rief mich diese Nummer 0039074299220 auf meinem Festnetz an und stellte sich als Martha Mager aus der Schweiz vor, die Produkte für den weiblichen Körper anbietet (Cremes, Salben usw.). Ich weiß nicht, ob es Betrug oder echte Verkäufe sind, bin misstrauisch, bedankte mich höflich und legte auf. Da ich Ihre Kommentare gelesen habe, teile ich meine Erfahrung, weil es mich beschäftigt, ob es ein Schwindel ist. Wenn ich mich recht erinnere, hat sie mich vor etwa zwei Jahren schon mal angerufen (wieder eine Frauenstimme) und sich als angebliche Umfrage und Statistik aus der Schweiz für Körper- und Gesichtsprodukte vorgestellt, kritisierte unsere Apothekenprodukte und wollte am Ende ihre Ware verkaufen. Ich habe wieder nicht gekauft.

Η κοπέλα παρουσιάζεται ως χημικός ή μερικές φορές ως δερματολόγος (έχει ξανατηλεφωνήσει στο σταθερό της μητέρας μου και βρέθηκα εκεί, οπότε μίλησα εγώ). Εργάζεται στα εργαστήρια της εταιρείας και είναι ουσιαστικά πωλήτρια μέσω τηλεφώνου. Δεν αγόρασα τίποτα, είναι απλή πώληση και σίγουρα τα στέλνει. Τα 'αγάπη μου, είναι υπέροχα προϊόντα' και 'αγάπη μου, θα τα ξαναπάρεις' και 'αγάπη μου, σου είπα ότι είναι θεραπεία' δείχνουν ξένη προφορά, όχι ελβετική. Εξαιρετικά πιεστική για αγορά, δυσκολεύτηκα να τελειώσω την κλήση χωρίς να κλείσω απότομα. Κάνει τη δουλειά της, το εκτιμώ, αλλά υπερβολικά επίμονη.

The same thing occurred to me today. This woman rang from that specific number and requested a name (which doesn't exist in my workplace). When I suggested she might be mistaken, she replied arrogantly that she wasn't wrong at all! She persisted undeterred, trying to offer me some beauty products. I explained I lacked time and politely ended the call.

I've been buying cosmetics from them for three years now. No issues at all, and I'm really pleased with the quality. Spot on!
