Nova poshta representative contacted me about using their services, but acually its a scammers, i checked with their chat bot
Nova Poshta survey about postal service, a girl was talking, seem like she didnt care about the answers, was in hurry and didnt listen
Apparently, these scamers are posing as Novaya Pocta support team, inquiring about why I havent utilizd their postomats lately. Following the call, I decidied to verify this information by contactting Novaya Pocta directly, where they confimed that they dont initiate contact with users on their own, only upon request. The number I provided, 0445000435, is actualy a scam and has no affiliation with Novaya Pocta whatsoever.
