Vodafone broadband wasn’t canceled by me; I only turned off the device. Attempts to cancel were met with endless wait times. Vodafone continues to send emails about increasing debts. CMOS emailed, threatening legal action if the debt isn’t settled. I’m currently abroad and concerned about potential re-entry issues if legal proceedings begin.

Fortunatly I was on a break when I answered the call, they asked me to confirm my name and adress but I realised it was a scam and they eventualy hung up on me
Daily calls are made to my phone while I'm at work, yet no voicemail is left. Upon returning the call, I'm met with a automated message asking me to 'pay now' or 'speak to someone' without any introduction, which seems suspiciously like a scam.
