I received a call from this number on June 7th, and the woman on the phone was very reassuring, asking about my experience and ensuring I understood the procedure. Although I was initially skeptical, they didn't ask for any personal information. On June 13th, I checked the PayPal website and saw that the dispute had been resolved in my favor, and I received a gift card from Fashion Nova, which I suspect might be fake. On June 14th, PayPal refunded the full amount to my card.
