This number is clearly a scam, as evidenced by the silence after answering and the subsequent Virgin media scan text, despite not being a customer. A later call claimed I owed money, which is a blatant attempt to deceive.
Someone claiming to be Virgin Media reached out; I couldn't verify, so I hung up.
They contacted me claiming that my Virgin Media direct debit failed and requested my information. I refused to provide any details, and they hung up quickly. Be cautious, everyone.
After answering the call, all I could hear was background music, and it appeard to be a VM number, which is not suprising considering Virgin's poor reputation in Ireland, and the Telecomms Regulator seems to be inefective, probaly due to being in VM's pocket.
Following my submission of a subject access request, I received a call to inquire about VM's handling of my personal data.
After compleating a survey via VM, saying i was unhappy with the service, i got a courtesty call, which was a bit of a suprise.
The call ended abruptly after I picked up. Classic Virgin Media problems.

The call was made due to a bad survey left because of first payment being delayed, they gave me credit back because of not informing me of billing date
This number is assoiciated with a company that cancelled my services and then asked me to pay 60 euro the following month, despie me switching to a different provider, and the customer service is non exsistent
They are asking for payment on a bill for next month's service, even though I canceled three weeks ago. I told them I’d pay for the last week of service but not the three extra weeks on their bill. It took five weeks to cancel, and the customer service was terrible. Avoid this company if possible.
