Om 21.00 uur nam ik eindelijk op en vroeg om een einde aan de belaanvallen. De man met sterk buitenlands accent beweerde dat ik een aanvraag bij Essent had gedaan – volstrekt onwaar. Ik weigerde verdere informatie te geven en beëindigde het gesprek; sindsdien is er geen belletje meer geweest. Laat dit soort oproepen gewoonlijk stoppen – geen Essent, geen persoonlijke gegevens.
