Mijn ervaring met dit nummer begon op maandag 14 november, toen ik meerdere keren werd gebeld. Na het opnemen van de eerste oproep hoorde ik dat het de Consumentenbond would zijn, maar ondanks mijn verzoek om alleen in de avond te worden gebeld, kreeg ik overdag herhaaldelijk telefoontjes, wat erg frustrerend is.
