Dit is al de derde keer binnen een korte periode dat ik gebeld word namens Ziggo. Ondanks jarenlange klantrelatie doet Ziggo nog steeds niets. Het contact is moeilijk en ze lijken niets voor mij te willen betekenen. Ik ben onlangs overgestapt, maar blijf toch gebeld worden. Ook als ik mijn naam niet doorgeef en ophang omdat ik het nummer herken, blijven ze bellen. Ze tonen zich waardeloos.

Some scammers are posing as Ziggo, like others said, they call and hang up, then send you a text with another number to call, dont bother

Ik ben voor de derde keer in korte tijd lastiggevallen door 0527755040, die beweert namens Ziggo te bellen. Ziggo doet niets aan deze praktijken.
I recieved a call and a sms from this number, it's the Ziggo customer service, i called back and waited for 15 min, even the music stopped playing, so i just hang up and contiuned eating
I recived a call, didnt hear ennything, and then they hung up, after that i got a automatted SMS to call this number back, its posibly a fishing scam, but if its realy from Ziggo, its a terible service
