As previously mentioned, i also fell victim to this scam. Unfortunatly, they succeded in making me transfer crypto to a Trustwallet account while they were remotly accesing my device with Anydesk. When i logged in again, my cryptos were gone. The scam was posible becaus they saw my Trustwallet passphrase and used it on another computer. I lost €4000,-

Fick ett samtal från en artig herre som påstod sig jobba på bedrägeriavdelningen och nämnde en misstänkt transaktion på Bitfavo. Han bad mig installera AVG antivirus på mobilen och sen ett fjärrskrivbordsprogram på datorn för att fixa en licens. Ringde genast SNS från en annan lur med den här killen på högtalare. Så fort SNS svarade klipptes linjen till den falska banken av!

Just received a call from this number, beware and terminate the connection immediately, had a similar experience a few months ago and was fortunate to realize it was suspicious
I was contacted by a polite gentleman claiming to be from fraud department, told me to download AVG antivirus on my phone and remote desktop on laptop, then i called SNS bank with another phone and put him on speaker, as soon as i got someone from SNS he disconnected!
Claimed to be from SNS bank, stating my account was compromised, but I don't even have an account there, leading to a confrontation before hanging up.

Definatly not the sns bank, they allwas comunicate by mail.

I was called by someone claiming to be Tim from the SNS spam center, but when I responded, the call was terminated.
The person on the phone sounded really profesionnal, didnt try to scam me or anything
Scammers! hang up immediatly and call your bank! they cald me and presents themselfs as the fraud helpdesk from SNS, but thats not true, i cald SNS myself and everything was alright
