Seems to be an automatic service from Eneco, they call when you have an open invoice, althoug the aproach can be confusing, i've checked with Eneco and its legit, dont be afwaid

After contacting Eneco, i found out that this number is spam, they claimed i had outstanding debpt with Eneco, but that was compleatly false, Eneco didnt even recognice this number
